Our little Evie has been with us for 1 week now and we are loving every minute of it! She has enjoyed being at home and has had a few visits from her grandparents, aunts, uncle, and cousins. Here she is meeting her Great Grandfather (husband of the Great Grandmother she was named after). 
She is gaining weight. She was 6 lbs 6 oz at birth and weighed 6 lbs 8 oz at her 1 week check up. We have been trying to get her in the sun to get her bilirubin level lower and it seems to have helped. Her big brother has taken her on two outings. Once to the park and once to the zoo. She slept through both of them, but had a good time none the less. Here are some fun photos to share with you!

Wiley took Evie to the zoo when she was 8 days old! We had a blast!

BEAUTIFUL PICTURES! Evie is just gorgeous . . . looks like a girl version of his big bro, at least to me. What a lovely family! Lydia, I love the baby wrap! Is that like the one that you let me borrow...that one was blue, I think. But is that one the same kind? If it is, can you remind me of the brand, or any other helpful info.? Thanks!

p.s. doc said that after looking at surgical notes, i don't have to have another c-section...a lot to talk about with you!
Oh, and tell Evie "HAPPY 1 WEEK B-DAY!" from the Kizziahs! And tell her that we already love her. Give big bro our love too!
Lydia you look great!! I love the family photo of the 4 of you and the pics of you and Evie at the park. Obviously you are doing quite well postpartum. Happy 1 (.5 now) week birthday Evie. Welcome to the world and a wonderful, loving, caring, God centered family. Many blessings to you!!
